| Directions: Ft. Lauderdale Airport is about 15 miles south of the resort. Take I-95 North to Atlantic Boulevard. Exit west onto Atlantic Boulevard. Travel 2 lights to the intersection of Powerline Road. Turn left (south) onto Powerline. Travel one light south. After traffic light stay in extreme right lane. Proceed 100 yards and turn right onto Palm Aire Drive North and travel 1/3 mile. Registration is at the hotel. From the North, take I-95 South to Atlantic Boulevard West and follow as above. |

Deposits: Except for Holidays and Special Events, reservations may be cancelled without penalty up until 11:59 p.m. three (3) days prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled less than three (3) days from the day of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one nights stay plus tax.
No Shows and early departures will not receive any refunds. (forfeit 100% balance).
Reservations for Holidays/Special Events as identified at the time of your reservation may be cancelled up until 11:59 p.m. thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Reservations for Holidays and Special Events cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival will not be entitled to any refunds.
Payment Policies: Your credit card will be charged the total cost of your reservation at time of booking. No reservation is guaranteed until full payment is received.
A nonrefundable $10.00 service fee per reservation will be applied at the time of booking.
