Payment Information

Deposits: Damage deposit $250.00

Payment Policies: 35% Two weeks from the reservation date. 40% 60 days prior to arrival 25% - 30 days prior to arrival. Rates do not include Taxes and fees.

Cancellations: 90 days before arrival all monies refunded except $50.00 cancellation fee. After that, we have to re-book and then all monies refunded except $50.00 cancellation fee.
