Cancellations: Once the property is reserved and removed from the roster,if there is a cancellation for an unforseen reason, the property will be advertised to fill the cancelled time slot.A per day rate will be calculated and a refund for unused rents. Please call immediately to request a cancellation to allow time for re scheduling your cancelled slot. Cancellations will be handled case by case.
Arrival/Departure: Arrival is 12 noon the day of arrival unless other arrangements are made.Departure is 12 midnight on the last day of the lease. There are no early arrival or late departures allowed as there is cleaning and inspections that need to be performed between guests.
